At the bottom of the work is the inscription ‘Igne Lycaonias devastat iuppiter edes, ille fugit rapidum vertitur inq lupum Sylvas et rabiosa petit spelea ferarum, visq ferox animo, que fuit ant? manet’. Made on laid paper and watermark, present flaws and unframed. Copper engraving, dimensions 7.2×10 in.
