Description

Important engraving on laid paper made for Cardinal Francesco Bonvisi according to the studies of Giacomo Cantelli, geographer to the Duke of Modena Francesco II d’Este. Inscription ‘Barbey Sc.’ at the bottom, flawed, unframed. Copper engraving, dimensions 23.2×32.6 in.
