Description

Mitteleuropean manufacture, 18 kt gold, total weight 87,9 gr. The box is being given by Graduchess of Saxony-Weimar Maria Pavlovna to Johann Georg Von Taube 1815. Maria Pavlovna was the daughter of Tsar Paul I of Russia; in 1804 she married Charles Frederick of Saxony-Weimar – Heisenach, who ascended to the throne of Saxony-Weimar in 1828. – Width 3.2 in.
