Engraving from William Robertson’s volume ‘The History of America’, published in London by W. Strahan & T. Cadell in 1777. At the bottom is the inscription ‘published according to Act of Parliament Sept. 29th 1795, by W. Strahan and T. Cadell in the Strand’, flaws present, unframed. Copper engraving, dimensions 15.9×10.6 in.
